Anxiety is on the rise among students. We are seeing it internally at Spark, and we are reading about it in schools and homes across the country. Our tutors weave movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection into their sessions, giving students a place where they feel seen, safe, and free to be themselves as they learn!

​Each tutoring session is geared toward helping the student with organizational skills such as planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing tasks, as well as fostering self-regard. We work with the ultimate goal of setting students up to be successful, well-rounded, and fulfilled adults.
